Scott Liewehr
Senior Consultant, Web Content Management, Gilbane Group

Scott Liewehr is Lead Analyst and Senior Consultant in Gilbane's Web Content Management (WCM) practice. He works with enterprise and government agency clients on projects ranging from needs assessments and technology acquisitions to strategy and planning. He also consults with WCM vendors to advise them on industry trends and product roadmaps.

As an analyst, Scott contributes to Gilbane Group's research, focusing on WCM-related topics such as web engagement. He is also the Chair of the Customers & Engagement track at this year's conference. Scott is a recognized thought leader in the field of content management, speaking, conducting workshops and writing regularly on the subjects of web content management, web 2.0 in the enterprise and user-oriented intranets. He is also the elected President of CM Pros, the international association of content management professionals, and has served on the Board of Directors since 2009.

Lisa Welchman is the founder of WelchmanPierpoint. She has pioneered the field of Web Operations Management by distinguishing web strategy, governance, execution and measurement as it pertains to large websites, and creating innovative, practical solutions for clients. Lisa is a sought after speaker for national and international content management conferences and symposiums for her insightful analysis of the complex problems faced by large-scale websites. Lisa wields a sharp ability to define and distinguish the over-arching principles of designing and maintaining large Content Management System-driven websites and is a recognized thought leader in the area of information governance.

Lisa leads consulting engagements with a combination of high-level strategic vision, clear understanding of the challenges of senior executives, and real-world problem solving. Lisa has been working with truly large web properties since 1996.

Prior to her work with web content management, Lisa was a ratings analyst and coordinating producer for King World Productions. Lisa holds a BS in Philosophy from the University of North Carolina and was a Philosophy Fellow at Columbia University.

Simon Lande

Simon Lande

Simon Lande is the founder and CEO of Magus.

Magus is the UK based company behind ActiveStandards, the market-leading SaaS platform for enterprise website governance and compliance used by Unilever, Shell, Philips, ING and many more.

As CEO, Simon is responsible for setting the strategic direction of the company, and also has a client-facing role across a number of major accounts. He is a regular speaker on the issue of enterprise website governance and compliance at conferences around the world.

Before founding Magus, Simon was a research scientist, completing a PhD in biochemistry at Imperial College London. Reflecting his origins, Simon continues to stay very close to the product development process, which defines the innovative heart of Magus.

Dan Drury has over 17 years' experience of Internet and software technologies. In 1993 Drury founded a software company that developed operational risk management tools using the latest database and Internet technologies. In 2001 he founded a leading enterprise-class web analytics software company that specialized in understanding online behavior. That company was merged with the UK's leading usability organization to create a customer experience company that now counts more than half of the FTSE100 among its clients.

In 2004 Drury joined Bowen Craggs as commercial director, building the company's global client base to include more than 50 Fortune 500 clients. Best known for its Financial Times Index of corporate website effectiveness, Bowen Craggs also provides balanced scorecards that incorporate web analytics, surveys, social media metrics and other data to help clients understand the value that their web properties deliver.
